What do the "your IP Address is prohibited" and "outside of service area" messages mean?

ParsedCloud is currently only being offered to users in the United States and Canada. Anyone outside of these countries will get the message that they are Outside of the Supported Service Area. You may get this message when attempting to download the application or when running the Setup Wizard.  If you feel that you are getting one of these messages in error, please submit a support ticket (click the gold tab on this page) or email us at support@parsedcloud.com .
